Dimension tool needed, lads!!!

I got this app so I could use the project away from my computer, like in the shop. However there is no way to get dimension data from the viewer. What the heck was I supposed to use this app for? Look at the pretty pictures? Oh well. Back to paper and my phone is cluttered with one more useless app.

Just bought this app; with the model provided, when I try to orbit or zoom, app closes. Couldnt imagine it would work with a proper model.

I bought the app before the last update and was happy with it. Everything worked fine on my iPad Air. The last update is causing my models to become transparent when viewing from certain angles. Did not have this problem until this update.

The models dimensions that were added to the original model are not visible by this viewer! Shame.

None of my models open correctly, if they open at all. Very disappointed, $10 down the drain. Much more effective to save .skp file as a .kmz and use Cubits or another viewer. Not sure why Trimble put out such a product. Does not come close to functionality of PC-based program. Im using on an iPad2 w/64 MB memory. Maybe a newer machine can operate this app.

I bought it, I paid $10 but still cant use it properly on my iPad 4 with 64gb.

This program wont download a file written in its own language! Whenever I press the upgrade button it just sends me back to the App Store with no action. I have never written a one star review but paying the lofty iPad price of $10 is putting a lot of trust into the company that its product will work or at least offer some area of contact for support. I want this fixed or put the $10 back into my account!

I bought this app with hopes the reviews were wrong. Its been almost 2 months and there still hasnt been an update fixing the issue making a $10 app useless....

Unfortunately, this app does not function on my iPhone 6s. Crashes nearly every time I open a file. This is beyond frustrating especially since I PAID for this. The software was $750 and the app was $9.99. Would be worth the money if it worked; but work it does not. This is highly disappointing.

Still no dimensions displayed. Useless app, wish I had not purchased it. Come on guys...focus on the important updates and not the easy eye candy updates!!! If I could give less than one star, I would.

Having a little trouble believing that Apple would allow this App to be sold, when it clearly does not work.

I have never been able to get this app to open any model. It has always crashed when opening. Plus, it is now pointing to a necessary update in the App Store which apparently doesnt exist. I wish I had read the reviews before downloading. How does one go about getting their money back?

I love Sketchup on the desktop. However, the mobile app is completely useless. I see that they keep releasing updates but I havent been able to get it to run fire more than s few seconds yet. Ive had it installed for months and months but I have yet to successfully open a single model – nor even the sample model that comes with the app. I really want for this to work but so far, it just crashes…every time.

Sorry guys. Doesnt work. Cant get into the included model or any of my own. Loads the model and as soon as I try to do anything, it dies. Ill try again after an update.

Ugh. Saw that there was an update so I thought Id pay for the viewer as it would be GREAT to use with clients. Unfortunately, the app crashes within second of opening. Save the money, this app- while a great idea, is broken. Cmon Trimble...

I dont understand. Does Trimble not test this app before releasing version after version that doesnt work? Good luck getting it to run for more than 5 or 10 seconds. Very frustrating. I want/need this to work.

Sorry to be redundant but this app crashes within seconds after you attempt to use it. Trimble should stop advertising it until its fixed.

This app is good and I havent been having any issues with the app crashing but I think there is a lot that could be done to make this app better: -Reduce the price. The app is good but $10 for only being to view models without being able to edit them is a bit pricey. $2-3 is good. -3D model downloading. The 3D Warehouse/Dropbox feature works well but its very time consuming to download models on a pc, upload them and have to wait for them to appear to view them. Would be great if we could download models/collections to view without a pc since not everyone has a computer. -Mobile memory optimization. Some of the models are too big/use too much memory to be viewed on mobile devices. Which results in not all models being able to be fully rendered and sometimes causing the device to crash.

I have to report the same. It crashes on my iPhone 6plus and iPad pro.
