Keeps scanning

Hello there, I purchased the app several months ago but just got to try it once, whenever I open the app it remains scanning the file upload and never opens and y some cases it crashes; I have installed the iOS 9.2 but since I had de 8 it has been performing this way, should I unistall the app and install it again? Or Is there another patch for this recent bug fix you are working on?
